
Remember the trolley line which took the Wrights to Huffman
Prairie? Here's the "interurban" that took them. Not much
different from other trolleys.

Two heros and a world-shaking patent. On left, Otto
Lilienthal, the great European glider. In the middle, Orville
Wright in later years. On right, the world's first patent for a
"flying machine." And the income would pay for Orville's modest
little home he called Hawthorne Hill, below.
